Acceptable Use Policy

1. General prohibitions

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting of protected groups.
• No malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or attempts to breach security.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the platform beyond documented features.
• No infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the service without written permission.

2. Email outreach rules (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)

• Use accurate "From", "Reply-To", and routing information — no spoofing or false headers.
• Subject lines must not be deceptive about the content of the message.
• Include a valid physical postal address for your business in commercial messages.
• Include a clear, working unsubscribe mechanism and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
• Never send to purchased, scraped-without-basis, or harvested lists where you have no lawful basis.
• Never send to addresses that have opted out, bounced hard, or complained.
• For recipients in the EEA/UK, Canada, and similar jurisdictions, ensure you have a valid lawful basis or consent before sending.

3. Phone and SMS rules (TCPA)

• Do not call or text numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or your own internal DNC list without a valid exemption.
• Obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS or using an autodialer or prerecorded voice to a mobile number.
• Honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and verbal opt-out requests immediately.
• Respect calling-time restrictions (generally 8am–9pm in the recipient's local time).
• Identify yourself and your company at the start of every call.

4. Prohibited industries and content

You may not use ProfitLoopHQ to promote adult content, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, weapons, gambling where unlicensed, payday or predatory lending, cryptocurrency or investment schemes with guaranteed returns, multi-level marketing, pharmaceuticals without required authorization, or anything that a reasonable person would consider a scam.

5. Data responsibilities

You must have the right to process and contact everyone in the lists you upload or generate, must not upload special-category or sensitive personal data, and must respond to data-subject requests you receive as controller of that data.

6. Fair use of platform resources

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or the scan API's protections, run load tests, or operate multiple accounts to exceed free-tier allowances.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, or notify authorities where required. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent termination without refund.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse of ProfitLoopHQ to cyberprosoftware@gmail.com with headers or message details where possible.
