1. Where we use AI

• GEO / AI-visibility scan — we fetch the public page at the URL you submit and use a language model to analyze and score how it is likely to be represented by AI search engines.
• Signal scoring — models help rank and prioritize buying signals.
• Message drafting — models generate suggested outreach copy that you review before sending.

2. AI output can be wrong

Language models generate probable text, not verified fact. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"), and the same input can produce different results. Scores and recommendations are estimates, not measurements.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing generated by our AI features is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional.

4. You are responsible for what you send

You must review, edit, and approve AI-generated copy before it reaches a recipient. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claim it contains, for compliance with advertising and anti-spam law, and for ensuring it is not misleading or deceptive. Do not use AI features to impersonate a real person or organization.

5. Data handling

Content you submit to an AI feature is transmitted to a third-party model provider to produce the response. We do not use your content to train our own models. Do not paste secrets, credentials, special-category personal data, or confidential third-party information into AI features. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and change

AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable, rate limited, or changed. Model versions may be updated at any time, which can change output quality and style.

7. No warranty

AI features are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement. Our liability for them is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
