DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content hosted or transmitted through ProfitLoopHQ infringes your copyright, send a written notice to cyberprosoftware@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and a URL or description sufficient for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. What we do

On receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user with a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature; identification of the removed material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and phone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any district in which we may be found) and consent to accept service of process from the complaining party. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

6. Our own content

The ProfitLoopHQ name, logo, site design, copy, and software are our property or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts of our blog articles with attribution and a link, but may not republish them in full without written permission.

7. Designated contact

cyberprosoftware@gmail.com. Before launch, register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and add the agent's full name and postal address here — safe-harbour protection depends on it.
